Generate New Sales Leads and convert them, Ensure Customer Satisfaction, Verify customer documents and recommend sanctioning of loan. Follow defined processes. EMI collection from customers. Graduate preferably having 1 yera sales and collection experience in BFSI Sector. Should have good communication skills and be able to generate and convert leads. Should be able to ensure timely recollection of EMI from Customers.

Role and Responsibilities

Underwriting secured and unsecured business loan proposal as per the laid down policies and procedure. Conducting field visits to understand the client requirements and check credit worthiness Scrutinizing the financials and relevant documents and checking the credit history of the client. Managing risk of loan portfolio including regular reviews and reporting. Prepare the Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) and ensure the adherence to KYC/AML guidelines. Providing inputs to bring in best industry practices and revising credit risk policies and underwriting guidelines periodically Participating in internal projects that improve credit process efficiency and effectiveness to assist in achieving key strategic objectives. Monitoring the repayment history and taking necessary corrective actions. Reporting to management/ RBI / Others on credit as and when required Use public information viz, credit agencies, FIU etc. to arrive at a correct decision. To control and contain front-end delinquencies by calling up customer on first presentation

Qualifications and Education Requirement

Any Graduate with minimum marks, Minimum of 2 – 4 years within a credit / lending background preferably working for a large financial institution.  Proficient in the suite of Microsoft Office products and credit risk tools
